He’s replying to a politician who has sworn to uphold abortion rights and is gay. That’s where “You are all in it together” comes from.
It’s “Libertine”, not “Libertarian”. A libertine is an unethical hedonist (not redundant; most hedonists at least try to be ethical) and/or someone who encourages unethical hedonism in others. Basically an “all should be permitted” type. It can also be used to describe someone who rebels against the current social mores, though it implies extreme selfishness as a motivation, whether or not that’s actually true. “Libertarian” is an economic political stance which varies in definition depending on which country you’re in.
Also the vast majority of people who support abortion aren’t libertines.
