I think she's young. I also think she's talking about when sperm and egg unite, she believes there's a flash of light, and she probably got this misconception (heh) from watching some kind of simulation of the process of fertilization.

Then you’re illiterate. The Bible makes it QUITE clear that the spirit enters the body at first breath. Starts with Adam. The whole body was made, but inert, until the breath of God entered and made him a living being. This shows up in a few places. Bodies inside the womb are not ‘alive’ to the Bible authors. Neither is anything that doesn’t visibly breathe. This is why Noah only had to save animals that ‘breathe through their nostrils.’ Trees, fish, butterflies, all just animated but dead things in the biblical view.

First breath, bubbles. That’s after birth and reaching this end of the birth canal.
Not before any possible abortion.

I'm sure more people would feel at peace with their choice to abort if we didn't live in a world that tries its damn best to punish them over it. Also, if there really was a flash of light at conception, there'd already be laws restricting what the pregnant person can't do after it happens, so we know it's not real.
