With that in mind, the South is the natural place to build Fortress Christendom, and well into the next millennium. The reason being: Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, and Oklahoma have populations of about 50% White Evangelicals, and the rest of the South reach numbers between 30-45%, save Louisiana and Florida, which are about 25%.
