It's still fringe unless you can provide convincing evidence. Name calling people is not evidence. We are still waiting for the Messiah after over 2000 years, too, why would now be the right time, and whom? Pointing at hypocrites that you would like to sanctify is not convincing.

Well I meant if something happened to prove he was actually Christ… like God appearing or something. If that happened they likely would just be offended that they’d been worshipping someone who was actually middle eastern all that time. Then some of them would decide that God was actually Satan and Jesus was some sort of apparition, and the others would go back to just plain worshipping Thor the way they have been doing all this time, only they changed his name to Jesus.
