This is called "demoralization" folks. It's one of the primary objectives of Judeo-Marxism. The ideology is purposely designed this way-- the only thing it is capable of accomplishing is destroying the moral fabric of even the most morally-stable society and instigating unending class resentment, warfare, and destruction. (You know how BLM essentially achieved victory over our socio-political culture and they had White politicians literally kneeling on the ground to Black people? At about that time, darker skinned Black people then began setting their sights on attacking, lecturing, shaming, and condescending (resentfully) to lighter skinned Black people ("light skin privilege"). It never ends, and it can NEVER create anything-- it can only demoralize, destabilize, and destroy.
