I agree, he sounds very similar to a school shooter. I doubt if he has any serious terrorist goals, he's more likely acting out of personal problems. Dangerous, certainly, but not connected to any larger movement.

They may use less water than golf courses but that is only an indictment on golf courses, they are both a problem(and I’m saying this as a golfer myself, there is no need for more than 1-2 municipal courses to a town, private country clubs should be straight up banned) and they DO use a crapload of energy each but the biggest problem is that they do not supply their own infrastructure and instead mooch off the grid and raise people’s bills without asking the local population if they agree in the first place. Plus they are vastly put not where the grid is the strongest but wherever it is the cheapest to place them, which is often in impoverished areas with already strained infrastructure.

^ correct. He probably experienced something, but it wasn't a stroke. People who have strokes are usually not able to carry on conversations, even incoherent ones, though if the person is ranting about chemtrails at the time it might be difficult to tell.

To be honest, data centers don't actually have THAT big of an impact, they use less water than golf courses and less Energy than the USA's fridges, most local opposition is motivated by NIMBY and anti-big tech sentiment (OF COURSE, im not saying coal-powered data centers are eco, im Just talking about most ones)

I took a quick look at that, and OK, I don’t know enough about what he’s talking about to say if it makes sense or not. If I wanted to read a scientific paper that I barely understand, I’d go with Brian May’s 2007 PhD thesis on “A survey of radial velocities in the zodiacal dust cloud.” At least that has an amusing line in the preface:

The writing of my thesis was virtually complete in 1974, but the submission was deferred due to various pressures.
