If we can not take our 11 year old grand daughter and 8 year old grandson to see a movie we have no business watching it. If I can't sit through a movie with God or Jesus sitting by me then we have no business showing it. I know there will be some that do not agree with this decision. That's fine. We are first and foremost Christians. We will not compromise on what the Bible teaches. Now here is where witches strategy comes into play: Balaam knew that he couldn't curse God's people because God would get him. So he devised an effective strategy that he taught to Israel's enemy which was this:

That one incident did more to hurt Israel than ten thousand curses or binding spells placed against them by witches. Sexual sin will always be the inroad taken by the devil to enter into the lives of believers and cause destruction.

Fight against sexual temptation through fasting and prayer. Fill your mind with God's Word: let it be the last thing you read or listen to before closing your eyes for the night. Turn off secular television or movies, especially secular music if it's stirring up old lusts within you. Keep yourself pure and your garments of holiness unspotted from sin.
God will always help us. But we must give Him something to work with: our willpower. As long as we are in this world we will have temptation. But those temptations are no match for the power of the Overcomer that resides within our heart!

I think this meteor sighting over Chicago is a sign that something significant just shifted over the Windy City in the heavenly dimension. Something powerful just fell or lost its place up there.
This is interesting since Chicago has been in the news a lot lately, particularly since President Trump has made it clear that he intends to see the rampant violence in many Chicago neighborhoods come to an end.
One of the men on his transition team, Pastor Darrell Scott came under fire just last week when he mentioned that former gang members from Chicago reached out to him seeking intervention from the President to help end the street violence there.
I applaud Pastor Scott and all others who are working with the President to make all US cities better and safer for their residents.
There are some who don't want this violence to end; mostly for political reasons. But God's people have been praying and God has been listening. And the prayers of God's saints will always trump the plans of the wicked. (No pun intended.)
