Don't forget people with disorders of sexual development, formerly known as "intersex" conditions. I'd also argue people of color should be on there too, because of the appropriating of "third genders" from other cultures, and the delusion that sex is an "invention of the White man", which completely disregards the violent oppression women of color faced at the hands of men of color long before any culture in Europe grew into a civilization.
