Except that any rights the fetus has would be "human-to-be" rights; the womb’s possessor has human rights.

The fetus, of course. They know the owner of the uterus is a woman and thus doesn’t necessarily count as human, just an incubator. The fetus might turn out to be male though and that means it temporarily has more importance (until it’s born, anyway. As George Carlin said, “Once you’re born, you’re fucked.”)

...and Roe vs. Wade existed during Repubican administrations: including you-know-what's.
