The ether and etheric energy sound like the same thing. Many people today think they are the same. Yet, they are as distinct and dissimilar as chalk and cheese or, to use a more appropriate comparison, magnetic energy and electric energy.
So, you’re trying to say, there concepts you invented are two parts of a combined “ether-etheric” force?
The confusion arises because the ether – the fabric of the universe – seethes with etheric energy, but that energy is not the medium through which it travels. The medium is the ether or, to use its more traditional spelling, the aether.
So you’re trying to say that “etheric energy” is something which travels through “the ether”? That sounds stupid. I GUESS one could try to interpret it as a field, with perturbations of that field carrying energy, or something like that. But I doubt this is how Owen imagines it.
The aether was the name given to a subtle energy field that fills all space and therefore provides a carrier medium for light energy to travel through the great void of space between the Sun and the Earth.
No, it was the name given to hypothetical matter, which supposedly filled the entirety of space, and carried electromagnetic waves in a similar way air carries sound waves.
Then, over a century ago, an experiment which attempted to prove the existence of the aether failed. Rather than admit to faulty assumptions, the scientists of the day declared that the aether must not exist.
No, “admitting faulty assumptions” is exactly what scientists did, by rejecting the aether theory. It wasn’t just the Michaelson-Morley experiment. To quote Wikipedia: “By this point the mechanical qualities of the aether had become more and more magical: it had to be a fluid in order to fill space, but one that was millions of times more rigid than steel in order to support the high frequencies of light waves. It also had to be massless and without viscosity, otherwise it would visibly affect the orbits of planets. Additionally it appeared it had to be completely transparent, non-dispersive, incompressible, and continuous at a very small scale”.
This conclusion ran counter to common sense. After all, if ocean waves travel through water and sound waves travel through air, then light waves must travel through something.
And this is exactly why you are a wingnut: just like the flatearthers, you are far too small-minded to even consider that reality doesn’t care about what you consider “common sense”. I bet you never even considered that your set of preconceptions is pretty much just your opinion, which, as the saying goes, are like assholes: everyone got one.
Meanwhile, the aether was replaced by a new name for the fabric of space: Spacetime. It was a concept that scientists agreed upon as a brilliant substitute, even if it made no sense to anyone else.
Again: you assume because it makes no sense to you, it must be wrong. But guess what: nobody cares! The only thing that matters is that the equations make sense, and produce predictions which align with reality.
Etheric energy is the life energy that passes from a spiritual healer to another person. It is the vitality or life force contained within air, water and food. It is the mystery energy which powers the endless orbit of electrons in their atoms and planets around their suns. Without it, all life as we know it would quickly wind down to a halt.
The inevitable mastery of etheric energy will lead to far more wide-ranging advances than electricity ever did. Within etheric energy lies the keys to powerful healing modalities, pollution-free energy, and many other valuable innovations. Just the advent of abundant, inexpensive energy will transform the world, eliminating poverty and much of today’s third-world suffering.
And now, this ether of yours (I’m not playing along with your fake distinction) is literally magic. Magic which mages use to cast spells. This is literally what you describe.
Also, there is no need to “power” the planets or electrons. They aren’t expending any energy. Electrons aren’t even circling atomic nuclei, like depicted in cartoons, but I guess to you this is once again fake news, because it goes against your “common sense”.
