Trump won the election
Yeah, he did. In 2016. Get with the times.
People are dying from the shot
Nonono, people are dying from being shot. Difference is you people don't want to fix it when spelled the proper way.
It's always been a major problem with conspiracy theories. Since they cannot be verified using evidence and that most of the time they are already motivated pseudo-reasoning, not based on reality, many other conspiracy theories must be subscribed to, in attempt to maintain the belief system. So instead of one lie, this person is preaching 12 lies at a time. As if it would somehow make their claims more credible, instead of disclosing the level of radicalization and how detached from reality they have become.
Yet unfortunately this is not without consequence, a reason some who know they're lies are still propagating them for disruption. The actual pandemic could have been managed more effectively and cost less to society if the people were less prone to confusion, irrational fear and exposition to such disinformation campaigns. Then a small percentage are actually driven to madness and sometimes even resort to violence because of these paranoid, false world views.
So instead of only running your mouth to spread ignorance, you should really read on the history of vaccines, how they work and why they are effective as part of a mitigation strategy. You should also read on how coronaviruses come from nature and have been with us for millenia, occasionally producing epidemics. And how climate change and habitat destruction increase natural spillover events. These people have also been demonizing the very science that can help to better understand and manage this as well as prominent scientists. Others must always be blamed for your own stupidity.
…so we can safely assume that you won't be getting the vaccine for Monkeypox, OP?!
You want to be the 21st Century lepers, o rightards?! Oh, wait…!
McAfee didn't commit suicide
I saw this on Reddit and thought they were talking about former NFL player and current WWE announcer Pat McAfee. I was like “well, yeah that’s true, he didn’t, because he’s still alive”

If you haven’t yet learned by now (and also for others who haven’t yet), he’s talking about John McAfee, founder of McAfee Corp., makers of one of the most heavily sold computer anti-virus programs in the 1990s and into the 2000s (though they’re significantly less prominent now). Near the end of his life he started spouting very crazy conspiracy theories, and his conspiracy theory proneness may have gotten him drawn into at least one scheme to personally defraud him of millions of dollars.
Given that his suicide was by hanging in a Spanish prison, I can see where conspiracy theorists get their grist for this one, but frankly, I highly doubt that even if the Spanish police wanted him dead they would hang him and make it look like a suicide when they were only holding him for extradition to the US.

Yeah, I did mean that jokingly, perhaps should have made that a little clearer, I guess, lol. Tho, I didn’t know all that about John McAfee (who I assumed they were talking about, but was only really vaguely aware of at best)….weird stuff indeed, quite a story in itself.
I think the only trouble Pat McAfee is likely to find himself in, as far as I know anyway, is maybe getting caught smoking or having pot in some place where it’s not legal, lol. (or maybe getting in trouble with Vince McMahon for some of the occasional “off-the-wall” stuff he’ll say on WWE TV, if you count that)
“Babbitt was murdered”
I do believe Ashli Babbitt was a victim, yes. A victim of Trump’s lies and his enablers’, well, enabling.
But murder is the unlawful taking of a human life. That crowd posed a very clear threat to the congresspeople in that chamber. They could easily have overwhelmed the one officer and taken his gun and nothing else was there to stop them.
So the conditions of deadly force were met. Conditions SHE Was trained in, as she stood armed guard on military bases, in the US and overseas. She had defended servicemen under the same rules as that officer. In similar conditions, she’d have damned well shot any Terrorist forcing their way into an Air Force base.
What else was he supposed to do, fire a warning shot….inside a building made of Marble?
Confused?
