Well, seeing as I don't believe in gender identity and consider homosexuality a biblical sin I'm not entirely thrilled with normalization XD
Also none of this goes much ways to disproving my point that we are just going so far out of our way to be hip we're losing the threads of sanity.
Apparently people like ME don't count as people. I don't want to get political here but I've been treated like pond scum all of my life and people didn't see an issue with it.
But a subsection or the population is complaining about discrimination when they are continuously positively reinforced by every aspect of the media?

It seems...misguided.

I don't believe in gender identity

Another example of the misunderstanding that having a gender identity = being trans.

Kind of like the Superman story where Superman himself at one point says “For some reason, there’s a belief out there that since I can’t see through lead,
then lead is invisible to me! Not true at all!!”

Have you been at risk of violence for showing your love in public? Are political and religious leaders trying to convince people that your existence is a threat to society itself? That you deserve to lose your job if someone finds out the gender of your partner? Are people discussing how much fun it will be to throw people like you off tall buildings? I'm guessing no. It's a shame that you've been treated bad, but I'm willing to bet no one is trying to take your human rights away.
