Epstein. The implication being it was a staged suicide orchestrated by Hillary because of his connection to the Clintons. A connection Republicans really want everyone to not talk about Donald Trump among a staggering number of others in their camp sharing and especially not Donald Trump alluding to having similar tastes in young women. And to also forget Donald Trump being quite vocally much much much more open to the idea of having people killed as well as being better positioned to make it happen, the only thing ever stopping him being the willingness of his spineless castrated meatshield sock puppets and their pathetic need to curry his mercurial favour finally hitting a brick wall. Most of those toadies also having good reason to want Epstein dead, possibly exactly the same one. The entire prison and guard population can be added to that list of suspects for basically the opposite reason: Child sex traffickers are the most reviled creatures on Earth even among hardened criminals, they’d put those monsters down just to not have to breathe the same air as them and call it balancing their karma.

Yeah, I mean I get why folks think Epstein didn’t kill himself, he did curate a large network of various powerful individuals but… well I always think about the Hanlon’s razor adage “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.” or incompetence in this case, largely from what I know the Guards who were meant to watch Epstein haven’t done some strange crap lately, like buying a fancy car or a house they should be able to afford and so on, instead it seems that the Officers all were either incompetent or as you suggest as well, didn’t care one bit about him due to him being a child sex trafficker, since they all pretty much were doing a half-ass job of protecting him.

Cutting corners is a hallmark of for-profit prisons and guards figure they’re paid to keep inmates in and under control, not to really give a shit about them or do wellness checks let alone protect scum from scum unless doing so directly prevents a prison riot. The very fact a lot of the conspiracy theories surrounding his death are actually plausible and that so many people would have offed him or *even worse* more or less on principle with or without being anonymously slipped a few cartons of cigarrettes while even more would have just whistled innocently pretending they didn’t see or hear anything if it happened right in front of them actually makes the idea of him committing suicide and having the means to do so because of guard apathy/antipathy more legitimate. A man backed into that corner might want to go out on his own terms if only because it would be significantly less painful and terrifying than waiting to see just who does the deed and rob them of the satisfaction in the process.
I consider any of the three possibilities equally likely: Suicide, “prison justice”, or hired hit. Though some ideas for who would call in that hit and why are less likely than others. It was after all more than politicians and celebrities rubbing elbows with Epstein and often people would rub elbows with him just as a means to rub elbows with other politicians and celebrities the same way a lot of college students join influential fraternities or sorrorities not really caring about whatever rumors or legal troubles are associated with them only seeing that famous people did the same. It’s just as likely a name you’ve never heard of on the “Epstein list” of people who’ve been to his island and doesn’t have political power or aspirations or even a vested interest in American politics altogether. If someone bothered to orchestrate a hit I’d think it would be someone more directly involved with the trafficking angle and sees themselves in closer reach of the law than the increasingly unhinged and totalitarian Party of Cheeto Mussolini who have come to embrace that laws really don’t mean shit unless they personally allow them to and scandals that would bury others so deep the next three generations of their children would bear public scorn are merely opportunities to panhandle and peddle merch while painting themselves as martyrs.
