If a man's penis is injured beyond repair and something must be rigged so he is able to urinate, does he automatically become a woman? Of course not. He is a man who survived a life changing traumatic injury. So are transwomen.

It's also worthy of note fewer 15% percent of transwomen have had neovaginas surgically created. That is considered statistically insignificant. If a party of transwomen got together roughly one in ten would have mutilated peens. The other nine would be out swinging.

Doctor who works with transgenders for 20 years writes a book that identifies about 20 different things that drive one’s sexual identity including but not limited to genitalia. Different individuals affected differently by endocrinology, neurology, the whole host of reasons.

I’m reading a bio of Wendy Carlos. She considered her ‘transition’ to be when she told the public that she was Wendy, no longer Walter. Various aspects of her life changed over a long period. To her, the surgery was the least important part of becoming comfortable in her skin. More of a last-detail to tidy everything up. OP is FAR more fixated on Walter’s Penis than Wendy ever was.

I expect the number of transwomen with a vagina instead of a penis will grow as gender reassignment surgery improves. Which it will.

Not to mention that a couple of chief reasons why so few trans women have had bottom surgery done are:
1) because it’s fucking expensive, like, ridiculously so;
2) because it’s literally impossible in many places due to legal restrictions, whether until you did a number of other things, or it’s just plain illegal in all circumstances, period.
