Personally I think that’s more to deal with how little power, authority and chances women had in the millennia of human history, as well as some elements of double standard when it comes to say sexual abuse or rape of men by women (which frequently results in men who have been abused or raped by women to not report on it) to abuse their positions of power and act corrupt like men have, who predominately controlled everything in society for the most part up until recently and only in a few areas and not by much, in fact I’d say give it time before eventually women and men are now equal to each other… along with equal amounts of abuses of power. But who knows really, anything can happen.
Was Boudica wrong in fighting against the Romans? We shouldn’t have had Queen Elizabeth I, let alone II?
A Labour government shouldn’t have had Barbara Castle dictating to drivers about seatbelts saving lives since she made such compulsory , least of all imposing the 70 MPH speed limit on our motorways…?!

It’s not just women who are careful drivers as a result of what an American man did thus legislation via a Transport Minister who just happened to be a woman .
You should get out of the house, I know plenty of women with high positions in companies and medicine who are doing fine and are well respected, not because they're feared, but because they're competent at human management. Your statement exposes your denial of widely known facts about notorious abusive male leaders, as well as your ignorance and sexism.
