The pressure is from the weight of the air above it.

Okay, gravity affects depend on the mass of BOTH objects involved and the distance between them.
Tie a raisin on a piece of dental floss and swing it around your head at about arm’s length. That raisin exerts about the same gravitational force on your body that the moon does as it goes overhead.
If that force affected human moods, then every time a car passed someone on the sidewalk they’d fritz.

And I’ve spoken to a few volunteer firemen, ambulance techs, ER workers… Some swear by the Full Moon Effect, some say it’s bunk.
Some swear it’s paydays that bring out the crazies, especially in a military town where everyone has the same payday.
