My belief?
Homosexuality is a result of demon possession, plain and simple. Animals can be possessed as we know from the incident with Jesus and the demons who begged to be let into the grazing swine.
If animals can be possessed, it's logical to assume they would fall prey to demon influence in this regard.
My cable has been cancelled for quite awhile. Unfortunately it's hard to find anything wholesome to watch anymore even in the way of movies or anything else. I try to find things that don't have sex, gay references, or violence in them for my kid to watch. I can't say I always succeed, but I thank God that my child is deaf. At least it minimizes the junk of this world he has to take in.
Truth be told, I think we already grieve for our unsaved loved ones as if they had died because we know where they are going. It is a pain and a worry and a frustration we will probably feel up until the moment of Rapture. They really have no idea how selfish it is to not believe because of the pain it causes us. And really they don't care.
We are not going to Heaven to grieve or be sad or spend anymore time worrying about those left behind. I have no doubt about that at all.....
I was taking a walk with my next door neighbor this morning, passing through the adjacent neighborhood as we always do during our walks. My neighbor and I were having "lady talk", discussing current events, and, walking our dogs in addition. Suddenly, as I stopped to untwist the leash that had gotten caught under my dog's leg, I began to peer around a noticed a rather peculiar sight.....THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS EMPTY!!!!!! And while I turned out to be incorrect, I thought for quite sometime that the rapture could have occurred without us even knowing it!!!! I've already graduated one child from homeschool, and if this Cr*p intensifies on the removal of parental rights, etc, I'm going to give my 12-year old an early GED, pass her and graduate her from home school early.
I've already experienced "parental exclusion" when enrolling my son in early college program. My underage son was invited into the career counselor's office and I was told that I needed my son's PERMISSION to sit in the office.

I imagine a scenario where we learn that those who weren't saved weren't "real". What I mean is that I view the world as a kind of tester/simulator. The elect are put into the simulator to develop and test their souls. Those around us that are not saved are part of the simulation. They seem real to us, but in the end they turn out not to be.
Nothing in scripture supports this, but this is how I took the verses about the potter creating vessels for ignoble purposes and some for noble purposes.

This is very, very disturbing to me. These government officials kept us safe by utilizing unconventional methods of interrogation on enemy combatants. These accusations of "torture" are coming from the fringe left who are rabid in their hatred for the Bush administration. They're not seeking justice; they're seeking revenge. God, give us strength. We're witnessing the demise of America on every level.
I was shocked last summer when we were in Wisconsin Dells at a MAJOR indoor water park-filled with toddlers and school-aged kids on a hot summer's day-they played that song "I Kissed a Girl" right out on the outside loudspeakers going loud and clear through the entire outdoor pool area.
I was so upset that I wrote to the hotel resort management and complained...I couldn't help but believe that the catchy tune and beat were deliberately made to be SO attractive to innocent children and teenagers-of COURSE they know what they are doing-this has bothered me so much, that they are targetting our children to accept this as completely normal.
That's the point, they want to indoctrinate chilren as young as possible. The government is working on three things right now: hate crimes legislation to prevent Christians from speaking out against homosexuality, trying to abolish a parents right to home school their children, and brainwash them into thinking homosexuality is an acceptible, legitimate lifestyle.

While watching Wow Wow Wubbzy this afernoon with my 2 and 4 year old, a commercial came on starring Wanda Sykes. It featured some teenage boys at a diner laughing about something being gay. Wanda walks over and states they should knock it off and compared calling something gay to a 16 year old boy trying to grow a mustache and looking stupid! I was APPALLED!!! Livid actually and then my 4 year old DD looks at me and asks waht gay means!! Does anyone know how I can contact Nickelodeon? There is no reasoning this commercial should have been on, during a preschool show, after lunch...seriously, this was almost 10 hours ago and it's still got me boiling!

Well, I did...a year before I was saved. I was attending the church where I was eventually saved, and one day dressed our adorable little daughter in a red fuzzy sweatshirt with a moon, star and heart on it. These designs were applicaid (sp?) on and looked very cute. Anyway, a pastor's wife stopped me in the hallway, and very lovingly asked me if I knew what these symbols meant. I said I had no idea they meant anything, but only looked cute on the shirt.
Then, without any judgement or condemnation in her heart at all, she told me about the moon and star, and how they were connected to satanists, and islam, etc. She said she personally stayed away from any of these symbols because of what they meant.
I was astonished! I had never heard that these symbols meant this! It took me awhile to deeply consider what she had told me, and I didn't immediately get rid of everything that had these images on them. But this lesson stayed with me, and slowly I went through my daughter's and son's baby things looking carefully for anything that would send the wrong message to another person.
It was a tough lesson because I was so clueless...and yet I'm grateful for the love and non-judgemental attitude on the part of our pastor's wife. It was the beginning to my education that the world sees these symbols a lot differently than do Christians.

I know many discussions have taken place about various excuses that will be offered to explain our disappearances. Form Aliens/UFO's to terrorists to plagues, etc.
But what I am wondering-- if the Rapture was to occur right now, is anything already in place for the government to offer an immediate excuse? Do they have some secret plan all ready to roll out? Or, would they be left to scramble something together after weeks and maybe even months have passed with no answers, no one having returned?
Do you think they will start off treating everyone (I know that's a lot of folks) as missing person's? Like in the Left Behind Movie, going around taking reports, interviewing people, etc.? People posting up pics of missing loved ones? Private Investigators working overtime?

One of the churches I went to supported missionaries to Europe. Consider also, there will be many, many people on the earth that will say they are still Christians; believing that it couldn't have been the Rapture because they're still here. Furthermore, some might point to Israel, that they're still on the earth, and weren't they God's people? He wouldn't have left them would He? So again, they will believe the lie and be all excited that they can finally have peace on earth... and the A/C will come about to bring that peace...
Then, 3.5 years into it, there will be a gathering of new believers... they will be pointing out all the signs, pointing to how the world is believing a lie, that there really is only one God. This is when Satan is kicked out of heaven, allowed to kill the two witnesses, and proclaims that he is god and that these new 'christians' are false... that he is god and that in order to maintain peace these christians will have to be killed.
This is all pure speculation. I don't now how the Rapture will exactly happen, and how it will exactly be during the Tribulation, only that when we are Rapture, it's going to be AWESOME!!

Spiritually Attacks are very real and we are all witnesses to it.
The Unbelievers don't suffer from attacks because Satan already has a hold of them. Their rebellion to God or "Denial" of him is where Satan wants them.

I did some minor witnessing this morning before it got really hot outside lol. I passed a few tracks out most of which I saw go right into the garbage by the people I gave them too. One guy (literally) threw his track back at me and said extremely rudly as he was leaving "I'm a math teacher...I dont believe in pixie fairies".
I took the tracks from the garbage and went to the library and stuffed them in some of the new books they just put out including re-placing a few in the atheist books that had the old ones I placed taken out when people rented the books.
My view is it's their choice and their lose. I wrote in another thread how times have changed in the last twenty years. I recall back in the late 1980s being a Christian was a normal thing...and people whom weren't a Christian still respected your choice to be one, and willing to listen to your views to some point. Today it seems being a Christian is like being a weirdo or something, and people don’t want to hear anything about God (or work in hostility upon removing God from the picture).

LOL! Think about it, Paradigm! Their bodies were originally made to live forever. And they would have, too, if they hadn't sinned; death came about as a result of the Fall. When you have a body that's made to live forever, you don't need food and liquids to survive. To need it for survival means that you will die without it. Well, if you have a body that's meant to live eternally, you're not going to die if you don't eat or drink. You'll eat it and drink it simply because you enjoy doing so. It was probably the same way for the animals at that point.
And that's what Adam and Eve did, until the Fall. After the Fall, they had to eat and drink, or die of starvation and/or dehydration. And when that happened, the animals faced the same necessity.
Sooo, the only serious effort to watch us is by those unlovable bigots at FSTDT. and its based on hatred, not politics.

1) If the Big Bang did occur form a single point of energy or heat, exploded like a Supernova does. Why didn't it implode and just turned into a Giant Black Hole? Distorted Space?
2) What explains why we are more Logical, Understanding, and Reasonble than any other Creature on Earth or it's history, if we Developed during the same time frame? After this supposed Meteor crash and made the planet desolate.
Did Dinosaurs own shops and drive cars?
3) What explains Genders? Why do we only have two? Why would energy
create a species that requires Birth? Why is it unscientific that Cats and Dogs cannot mate? They still forms of Life.
