Most false religions don't address the issue of sin. Karma is "cause and effect" much like Buddha taught in Buddhism. It is the idea that everything one does will affect him in a later life. Karma is a lie. Most Hindus live morally upright lives, and are honest and hardworking people; thus, they think that their "Karma" is going to gain them peace and bliss in the afterlife. Wrong! 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9 expose such a damnable notion... "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power." It doesn't matter how high you think your Karma may be, you WILL be punished in the tormentuous flames of Hellfire if you refuse to obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ and die in your sins. The bottom line is that you are a sinner (Romans 3:10,19-23). We are all sinners, GUILTY under God's Law, and justly deserving of Hellfire. Thus, every man needs a Savior. Jesus died, was buried, and rose again triumphant. He shed His blood and applied that blood to the Mercyseat in Heaven to take away our sins. If you do go to Hell, you will
have no one to blame except yourself. Ye Must Be Born Again!

No, Davey, I’ll blame you. I’m terribly afraid that if i let YOUR Jesus into my heart, I’ll be as intolerant, hateful, spiteful, judgmental, and bigoted as you are.
If i end up before the Big THrone, I’ll just point to you and say, “Who wants to be in a religion that has people like him?”
If that god condemns me, then i won’t be in your heaven, which seems like a bad place, anyway. And i’ll be content in the torture.
You’ll be looking down on my pain and congratulating yourself, and i’ll still pity your lost ass.
You know, DJS, have you EVER stopped to remotely consider for even a microsecond that maybe, JUUUUUUSSST maybe your very own & incomparable intolerance, hate, spite, judgmentalism, and bigotry would NOT be appreciated by a wise, benevolent deity and that perhaps you’ll find yourself in Hell instead?
No, of course not. That requires a level of insight that fundies are VERY lacking in.

Or what if DJS somehow doesn’t go to Hell (against all odds) but finds himself in an extremely boring and mundane “heaven” filled with countless, generic people instead just living regular lives? Like, idk, Soul Society as shown in Bleach? He’ll probably lose what little sanity he has left, furious that the afterlife is NOT what he deluded himself into thinking it is.
On a side note, is anyone else afraid to know what DJS’s vision of his own personal Heaven would be? I mean, he is a misogynistic pedophile, so I’m thinking it’ll be pretty horrifying…

Davey’s idea of heaven is being given his own cloud where he can sit and spend eternity looking down on the lake of fire. And recognizing hater after hater after failed pastor after hater down there, suffering. Wanton women, atheists, blacks, doctors, nurses, lawyers, judges, evolutionists, secularists, TV Jews, Government Jews, PUblishing Jews, non-Christains, Christains of the wrong flavor, Christains of the right flavor but with the wrong bible…
Personally, i think of this fate AS hell, spending eternity concentrating on the suffering of others.

Please, I just finished breakfast.
My physician says I'm healthy for a man of my age. No aches & pain flies on me, nosiree.
What you're permanently plagued with David J. Pedo : and why you have that appellation:

Yours truly: an Atheist without a criminal record for so much as spitting on the pavement. You: a Christain. The above e-mail. Our current conditions, nay, circumstances. Now, Davey-boy: can you do the maths...?!
Oh, Karma: what a cruel and savage mistress thou art! [/Ignatius J. Reilly]
Perhaps there's something in not only Japanese Zen Buddhism, but Shinto : Amaterasu. Kwannon.
The latter being the Goddess of Mercy ...!

…Huh, how weird, as that would be almost my perfect Hell .
No, seriously, even ignoring the “worshipping god forever” part, an eternity of sitting glued to a hard bench, surrounded by millions of loud, smelly, judgmental fundies in all directions, unable to stretch my legs or even entertain myself in any way, and just being BORED out of my mind!? That would be HELL for me! I’d take pitchforks and a lake of fire over that ANY day.
Your main problem is that all religions are false. Not false as not existing, false as in, not The Truth they almost all claim to be. Even some magicians who understand that they're of human origin but who subscribe to idealism and magic thinking attempted to create a new one hoping to influence reality, either by creating new entities and/or trying to make their new religion appeal to otherworldly beings. While magicians also still exist, that too, failed to produce actual results.
Then not all Christians believe in Hell and there are very valid reasons not to.
Because your actual issue is being a control freak and that dissent from your false authorities is hard to accept:

That reminds me of the Jehovah's Witnesses assemblies. So to be less bored, you have to get actively involved, if you're a young man, you might want to even get in an ego trip, it's not that difficult. Except you end up being one of those preachers constantly repeating those silly things and putting your nose in everyone's life. :)
I suppose that some get rich doing that, but as a JW that's not even part of the deal, unless you end up in the Governing Body, or are a lawyer or real estate manager working for the society (the same who keep telling you to avoid education after highschool and distribute their propaganda instead, for the end is tomorrow)...
The way you describe karma is more natural and logical than how you describe sin, since the former seems to punish and reward men following their merits while the second is ultimately meaningless for merely concentrating on whether relations with a given deity one has (not surprising for someone who attacked Jack Chick because Chick thought a believer had to stop sinning).

The problem (besides how God is probably expected to de-smelly them) is that they think nothing we’ve ever experienced will even begin to compare to the joyous splendor of God. I think Tim LaHaye once opined that sexual pleasure was just a slight taste of the joy of Heaven (and just to get everyone’s minds out of the gutter, I don’t think he’d have reacted well to the idea of God having any sort of congress with any number of people). So…some sort of metaphysical exa-amped narcotic???
I’m not sure, if this is true, what grudge they have against their capacity for sapience. But the idea is definitely some sort of unrelenting, all-encompassing bliss.
Confused?
