The situation where one smashed through the latest of several improvised barricades with improvised weapons and loudly stated intention to kill at the head of a mob that had already hospitalized hundreds showing no indication that they would stop without deadly force being employed. And they didn’t even after it was finally resorted to - limited to exactly one person to buy time to fall back rather than hold the position or thwart the attack - after far more warning than most usually get, it barely slowed them as they continued their destruction and proceeded to looting.
A car turning to drive AWAY as the driver says she’s not mad does not fucking register as any kind of threat.

Considering that this argument DID in fact work and the general practice of putting the entire system on trial rather than the accused is the entire modus operandi of what’s happening right now I’m afraid I’m going to have to pat you on the shoulder and say “you tried, friend” for your attempted burn.

Second its’ GOOD and she was trying to leave when that ICE officer broke their own goddamn regularations, got infront of her car, pulled out his car and outright shot her before calling her a “bitch” under his breath.
