I’m assuming that this is a reference to DACA, and the OP wants to declare it fraudulent and retroactively remove any citizenship gained through this program. Which would be rather unprecedented. I mean, if citizenship was gained fraudulently it can be stripped away, but you can’t make something retroactively fraudulent by changing the laws. That’s not how any sane legal system has ever worked.
