When are the general public employers going to be notified that the IRS has been shutdown and the tax withholding of their employees will need to be halted?

We are still waiting for the EBS to be made public for everyone to be notified of our America Re-inhabited Republic and all this QFS info is not just hearsay or rumors.

Are the IRS tax withholding going to be refunded from the employers back to their employees for all of the year 2026 or will it be just for this recent annual quarter?

The Social Security withholding should still be withheld from the employees unless the SSA will be shutdown as well and we receive all our benefits from our QFS Wallet?

So the ‘Federal Reserve payment’ will be placed into our QFS Wallets?
