No, he does not. All of Rayray’s ‘proofs’ start with a presumption of god, then attribute something to that god. It’s ‘proof’ of a god the same way that running gag in Star Trek is proof. Where the Klingons insist that Shakespeare was originally Klingon. Saying it doesn’t mean it’s proven. Not having the imagination to figure it out without an intelligent designer doesn’t prove anything.

There’s nothing about ’god’s design’ that actually precludes a trial-and-error sorting of options to get the one that works best. So, yeah, it’s name-dropping, not proof.
