It is not. The first concept a scientific idea must have, is that it must be bolstered by observable evidence and be in line with the rest of science. Indeed it’s much easier to just think of some supernatural explanations like „god did it, it’s magic, etc“ but then you are just wildly guessing and most likely you get a belief system that in itself doesn’t make sense because it contradicts itself. I can see why you as (presumably) religious are irritated that science doesn’t want ideas that go against established facts, but otherwise you would just open the door to religious believe and pseudo science.

In the end science (in contrast to religion) never claims to be the absolut truth just the best current explanation, that yields good predictions. Religions claim to be the absolute truth and can not explain a sunset nor predict the next day for what it’s worth.

Ok there is „Horror“ but I think it never got in the horror territory in of horror games in light of music, surroundings etc. It’s a game where you clobber things easy as that.

After some thinking I’ve got an even better idea: If you were forced to complete every game before writing a review I would love to read your reviews on the following: Disgaea 1, The Witcher 1, Doki Doki Literature Club, Warhammer 40k Space Marine, Doom (the last one) and most importantly: Dragon Age Inquisition (Bonus: You must play male and have a relationship with the iron bull)

Oh boy let’s review that review.

First: Great start with that „I drew the short straw“. It lets anyone know that you don’t like Gaming and are trapped in a stupid carrier for you.

Second: You obviously never played a rpg at all. There is a reason while some players have coined the term „murder hobo“ for rpg heroes. Actually like you said Skyrim is pretty tame since it disencourages you to go on a killing spree.

Third:The blood and gore in Skyrim is pretty tame for industry standard. Even compared to Fallout it is not worth mentioning. Don’t let me start about doom or something.

Fourth: The camera is POV like it is mostly the case in those kind of games. If you have problems with it, it just means you have never played a rpg game in the last 15 Years.

Fifth: Yes the level desing is partly a bit confusing but that’s the dungeon part it is meant that way.

Sixth: No one besides you want modest women in games. You can loot people down to their underwear which is ok, since if you find underwear Offensive than obviously you live in a cave and have no business playing a pc game.

Seventh: I don’t remember the language or music from Skyrim as particular outstanding, but it was mostly tailored to the occasion and epic at some times. Horror doesn’t appear at any time in the game not even on the dragon tombs.

Eights: What is it with fundies and fantasy gods? Oh right you believe in a fantasy book to be real so obviously every one else must accept any fantasy book as real right?

Ninth: There are occasional bugs but that is sadly the reality of every game nowadays.

Tenth: your imagination in hell is a pretty bad one if you think this would be even close to it.

Summary: You show impressively that you have no knowledge of gaming or games. Never have played a rpg. Have no concept of good and evil besides Bible-not Bible. And also you don’t show that you have played this game longer than 10 minutes (ok considering how bad you seem with games for you the tutorial was more like a days work I guess) You may have noticed that I don’t mention the sexual deviancy that you mention because well it isn’t there, nothing. It’s not even like dragon age, where I would attribute this to the „oh no the gays they are after my virgin butt aaaah“. So in conclusion please never again review or play any game ever

1. You lot sound not like atheist but a-holes who never bothered with religion and after people called you out on it you discovered religion as a mean to reflect blame and also atheism as the reason for your moral failing not yourself. 2. So I am An atheist, I read Narnia and I didn’t find god. To make it clear it is a good book for kids/teenagers and it is openly theistic even if it is never directly called that. The lion is never called god directly but it is clear as day that he is for example. Also it explores themes as forgiveness and doing Good before believe (in the last chapter where narnia is destroyed the meet someone in heaven who believed in satan but was a good guy so he got to heaven exactly because of what he did not what he believed)

So I’m personally not in favor of this kind of arguments even if only for the Christian fundies who than say „see the atheists believe in the Greek gods they are satanists“ or something, which really makes me always lose some faith in humanity. But let’s see:

1. Yes it is moving the goalpost but in your favor since it’s essentially saying „ok let’s pretend an unprovable almighty thing, that never was recorded or does things that we can see is real. Show that your personal branch of crazy is right“. Which is a hell of a lot less than proving god.

2. You always want proof that no god exists (which is stupid since you can’t prove a negative especially when it’s about an almighty being which could do anything) but you never give proof and this is the core problem. Fundies and atheist stand on two sides both asking the other side for evidence. With the distinction of atheist not asserting anything and you lot asserting the existence of a very specific being which can not be explained by science and not perceived without blindly believing.

3. I find it funny that you compare god to a thief just an afterthought
