At this time of year, families go to theatres to see Pantomime. The younger part of the audience traditionally cheer & applaud the hero, and do the diametric opposte when the villain appears: also shout a certain three-word phrase.
Barbara Rose Johns would be the one they’d cheer, as she’s the hero. Guess who’s the villain they would boo & hiss at, OP?
And shout about the ‘Good old days’, certainly your credibility ‘It’s behind you!’.
Speaking of performances, those by the aerial re-enactment group the Commemorative Air Force. Fun Fact: they have in their collection a North American P-51 Mustang with a Red Tail.
Gee: can you figure out why they changed their name from the Confederate Air Force, Davey-boy…?!
