I’m not a “gamer” (my computer gaming limited to Facebook-type stuff involving building stuff, puzzles and Match 3) but I’ll join The_Crimson_Ghost and add old Nintendo, Sega and Intellevison consoles.

You fail at gender roles vs. gender identity. And possibly gender performance as well. You can be forgiven for your ignorance, but that forgiveness doesn’t come with a passing grade.

I’d say women are MUCH MORE used to playing men and boy characters than you are used to playing women and girl characters. We’ve been doing it for decades, you’ve been doing it for minutes.
I play things like Spider Solitaire, but as I’m watching it, and “video” means “I see”, that could also be “seen” as a video game. I almost put “I only play” in the beginning of this paragraph, but where’s the “only” in that, really? That’s what I like, I’ve chosen it myself (I’m almost 50 and I can pay for my own games). Try taking my computer away from me, and I’ll hit them with my old one until they give the new one back to me.
@ Timjer- It’s a deal! But maybe we can use my old PS2 since it’s not working right (I can’t even play the prequel era LEGO Star Wars or Marvel vs Capcom 2), & I’ll take yours off your hands. In return, you can have the honor of stuffing an old PSP & the Tiger Woods golf game I inherited a few months ago straight up his ass.
