UncleVladdi: "Racism" (being truthful about our observations) might actually solve the problem of black laziness, impulsiveness, and promiscuity! Admitting a problem exists is the first step in solving that problem! Since melanin is not only a skin dye but also a neuro-transmitter, it will probably be easy to develop a simple beta-blocker to free blacks from their history of being unable to create stable societies or invent stuff!

Susan: Black laziness, impulsiveness, promiscuity are all characteristics of the inability to think logically or understand cause and effect. Nothing will ever change that because low IQ is the cause. IQ can't be raised. It's genetic.

UncleVladdi: IQ is only speed of thought and memory; it's' not 'smarts' or wisdom, which is how one uses it. Wisdom CAN be learned. Also, I'm pretty sure blacks have the requisite native intelligence, but it's suppressed by their melanin (which is not only a skin dye, but is also a neurotransmitter). Much like only they are genetically prone to sickle-cell anemia (which everyone admits is a problem) so is their endemic melanin-induced cognitive impairment (which is not admitted to, due to 'racism').
