See, years ago my opinion on interracial relationships was that it was no one’s business buy my own. I figured that was a conservative stance, really. It’s not the government’s place to tell me who i want to commit my life to.
So, yes, Transgender politics is totally compatible with National Socialism, as well as conservativeism, liberalism, communism, Marxism, socialism, everything except being a total Karen TERF, really.

Based on what? We know Hitler was involved with multiple women, even though he kept it under wraps while he was alive, and one of his childhood friends talked about a boyhood crush he had on a girl. And him being non-binary… well, that’s a new one.
