If Trump wins the election, he could launch a ‘catastrophic’ rollback of LGBTQ+ rights | LGBTQ+ rights | The Guardian

Seriously, if there was ever an article to tempt me into voting for him, it's this one. Especially after reading Exulansic's substack about the mother of two dead at 35 of kidney disease, 15 years after 'transitioning.' And yet saving teenage girls from these atrocities is the 'catastrophe.'

If Kamala was going to roll back TQ+ privileges in favor of women’s rights, she would have my vote 100% instead of letting my eyes wander to 3rd party kooks who at least know how to use all the parts of the buffalo. 🤷‍♀️

Even if we're talking about Trump, if I'm being rational here, what exactly is he planning to do that will be catastrophic to LGB rights? Reverse gay marriage? He has no authority to do that. Adopt regulations to discriminate against LGBs or even the TQs against employment or housing? That's unconstitutional. So how exactly is he a threat to the LGB in terms of law and policies?

He's not a threat to the LGB. The article makes it clear it's (as ever) all about the T now.

I love that women are facing the government monitoring their pregnancies in some states and inquires if they miscarry, but a 40-year-old dude not being allowed to use the heccin' validating girls changing room at a teen clothing store when he's trying on his mini-skirt is the real problem. Also, this is not rollbacks for "LGBTQRDCDRD12erfh&" people here. It's literally just rollbacks on trans bullshit.

Again, Donald Trump bragged in 2015 that gay people loved him. In 2024 when we're facing pushback from the GOP it's 100% because of the TQ. The Republicans were ready to move on and then they were given the golden ticket to target us again. LGB and TQ have nothing in common. Get the hell away from us and stop ruining our progress.
