People who have to claim that they are “saner” than others do tend to be anything but sane.

Baby = ‘what a fetus becomes at birth’, not ‘what an ovum becomes at fertilization’

- A brother and a sister have been fooling around and she has gotten pregnant.
- A couple’s attempts to have a child has resulted in an ectopic pregnancy.
- A married couple has experienced birth control failure and she’s pregnant. They can’t afford another child because they already have, what, half a dozen?

Pregnancy is physically taxing and might end with permanent damage to your body and even death. Imagine having to go through those changes after having already been violated once. Why are you so unbothered with the idea of a woman suffering the results of the trauma forever? And who says the rapist will even get punished? What if its her boyfriend who just stuck it in a little bit while she was drunk and got carried away? What if it's her boss and you know how these sluts use sex to gain favours? What if she's had sex before and he's a promising young athlete? People get away with rape all the time, increased punishments won't stop that if they don't even get charged with it. The most compassionate thing to do is let her have the right to decide for herself.

Why do these assholes think that getting an abortion, especially after rape is punishing the fetus?Pregnancy is very taxing on both the body and mind, especially after a rape. Women get abortions because they don't want to be pregnant anymore, not because they are full of rage and want to to punish someone.
Prolifers seem to think being pregnant is just being fat for a while , pushing for a few minutes and taking a big dump. It's not.
Pregnancy lasts nine months and has a big effect on a woman's life. In some places she can be fired for being pregnant, thereby losing income. Not that you assholes would care.
