Transgender surgeries on kids is virtually not happening. And puberty blockers should be an option used for kids who might be trans. They are reversible in nearly every case, and so should be an option. however really most just want to be allowed to socially transition. Most just want to dress the gender they believe they are. Most just want their chosen name to be used, and their chosen gender. When they are older they will physically transition if they still want to. THAT is also gender affirming care.
Marge you wouldn't even give them the basic things they ask for. You even want to ban that. You don't want them to even socially transition.

Why would any if the candidates answer a question that wasn't asked?
I mean I know that modern day political "debates" are more just grandstanding about things, barely if at all answering the questions anyway, but usually they still talk about the topic asked.
What, when asked about national defense or border patrol should they start ranting about transgender issues? Or would balancing the budget, cutting taxes, or any other topic be a better place to jump ship and rave about an unrelated topic?
Not sure if it's just her looking for an excuse for shameless and distasteful self promotion, that she's so used to Trump's toddler like garbled attempts at speech, simple stupidity on her part, or a combination.

She wants to ban puberty blockers for children. Puberty blockers were literally invented to help children who underwent precocious puberty, which, while hardly commonplace, can pop up and cause unimaginable havoc with a child's development. A child's brain producing more mature hormones before the body is ready for them can be incredibly dangerous, and this ignorant cunt wants to let them suffer.
