The only grain of truth here is that fascists are radicals contemptuous of conservatives. And even that is fairly moot since:
1. This contempt comes from seeing conservatives as not going far enough in their common cause of anti-egalitarian, caring too much about tradition and too content with merely restoring the old inequities, rather than mercilessly reshaping society in their own dystopian image.
2. In practice, on their gripes with establishment conservatism and Big Capital, fascists compromise or even fold rather readily.
3. American so-called conservatism has radicalised into fascism in all but name - and that’s where you’re lucky - at the very latest ever since the election of a black president sent white arseholes’ anxiety over their shrinking privilege into overdrive.

Israel has right-of-return laws that make it easier for ethnically Jewish immigrants to be naturalised, but that is not the same as all Jews having dual citizenship (let alone dual citizen, never mind loyalty to a distant country you may have little if any personal ties to over your homeland where you were born and lived your entire life!), nor is it unique to Israel. Many nation-states, especially where there is a history of being persecuted as ethnic minorities, have similar laws, including Germany.
