A 200-pound man would weigh approximately 33 pounds on the moon…more with the suit of course, but at 1/6th of Earth’s gravity an astronaut should be able to jump several feet off the ground. We never saw them do that — all we got was the silly bunny hop.

They certainly could have jumped higher if they tried. The bunny hops was a system worked out to move effectively in low gravity. Long jumps would have been excessively risky. The suits are not agile and while tough any damage would likely be lethal.

MAYBE you could get away with ‘as they understood religion.’
But even then, they knew that the Native Americans had their own traditions that were no Christain in any way.
It’d be useful to actually cite something to support this claim.
But then again, the Supreme Court, which exists to tell us what the Constitution means, tells us that for the 1st Amendment Purposes, Atheism qualifies as a religion. So even if that was their intent 250 years ago, the law has moved on from there.
