The people who own the rights to Dr. Seuss’ works have made the business decision to not print certain titles. Nothing banned.
Some people in reading programs are choosing to highlight OTHER books than Seuss for a variety of reasons. Nothing banned.

And I read all the books of Oz before I was in middle school, and all the works of Edgar Rice Burroughs before high school.
