Seriously, breeding for IQ hasn't generally given us wunderkind prodigies, where as children whose mother received adequate prenatal prenatal care and nutrition tend to do better in school.
I suspect that any actual genetic base of intelligence is so multiloci and heterozygous that we'll never succeed in a breeding program intended to give us a population of intellectual rulers.
