Trivially true - humans are animals (which even your Bible acknowledges), therefore, humans by definition behave like animals.
But even if we just limit ourselves to non-human animals, this is meaningless. The animal kingdom contains an incredible diversity of behaviour, including mating behaviour.

Those conditions are not "mental retardation". Some of my relatives have Down's syndrome, which is considered to be, but better called developmentally disabled today. Nothing to do with the parent's sex life.
