The problem is that there really are people who think that Liberty and Democracy are immiscible, in that Democracy ineluctably shows its true colors as Ochlocracy. It probably isn’t much of a surprise that they’re not very fond of social contracts in general, deeming them tacit coercion of the Best by the Mediocre. I don’t know how anarcho- LH is, whether -libertarianism or -capitalism, but I have a hunch they deeply ascribe to avoiding everything non-voluntary being the most sacred thing. And if the weak wither away, then it’s an acceptable price for the Most Worthy being able to do whatever they like, whenever they like, however they like. (See also: Ayn Rand, Murray Rothbard, L. Neal Smith)
Either LH is being unintentionally honest or they were (or rather will claim) it was a hack. That or they're done pretending they aren't theocratic monarchists who love the wsy Dark Ages were and think Imperium of Man= Utopia (despite ALL the fucking problems in it with back stabbing, back biting, corruption, and its existence can fuel Chaos.)

This is in character for them so it's no hack.
They wrote this a year ago: https://mobile.twitter.com/libertyhangout/status/1226000981542014976
"Donald Trump should declare himself a monarch & leave the presidency to his son when he retires. It's the only way to prevent Democrats from having permanent control of Washington & ensuring rightwing values cease to exist. You'll never be able to vote for conservative ideas soon."
I think she’s right. Conservatives want things to stay as they are.
Leadership should be chosen like in the old days. The man who can beat all the others with a club should be the leader. Then he can drag all the women he wants back to his cave by the hair. He will lead by beating on his chest with his fists and shouting “uhga, uhga.”
This is God's will. This is how he created us.
Depends of what you want to conserve .
If you’re a French Legitimist (descendent of the Ultra-Royalists), a Spanish Carlist or a Russian Czarist then you might be opposed to democracy, as this, modern democracy since they mostly supported the right of communities to rule themselves (even today, Maurrassians are for decentralisation, Carlists are for fueros and Slavophiles supported mir ) and even most counter-revolutionaries still thought the ruler had to hear his people, like with General Estates, Cortes and dumas .

Well, so, they’re going by a specific definition of liberty that has nothing to do with democracy or collective government or anything like that. It’s more the idea of living without worry or guilt and being able to do what you want within the rules. And if the rules are a caste system, either based on race or class or a number of those things, then that’s still freedom because everyone can do what they want within the rules. And if the rules are stricter for some groups than they are for others, well, that’s just the way things are!

There is no evidence. To the people using this phrase in the way I described, it’s based on the fallacy that people can’t change, therefore they have an excuse to keep going the way they are because people can’t change therefore they don’t have to even make an attempt to change anything about themselves or society.
It’s telling that the people who are doing this are usually the ones benefitting from society being “just the way it is” are usually the ones using this excuse.
Confused?
