In the US, trafficking of any kind is a Federal matter, and when the police are involved it’s only incidentally. Saying that because leftists want to dramatically change the policing system in part because of the racism means that they support child trafficking is such a reach that I’m surprised you can’t grab rocks off the moon.

They do? I haven’t seen such a thing. Of course, an example of such is nowhere to be found, I guess that’s something he just assumes his audience will automatically agree with, with no evidence to back it up.
For what it’s worth, I work at a truck stop, and one of the training videos every employee is required to watch is about how to look out for and report signs of human trafficking. At least in my 2 years and change of working there, I haven’t seen any of that, anyway.

Honestly, that one just sounds like Lewis Carroll logic. Seriously, it’s worth a look, he came up with some interesting syllogisms that call logic itself into question.
It sounds like a QAnon disinformation conspiracy theory. It's that type of lie that are rejected, as well as false conspiracy theories frivolously promoted for panic and conflict. Not the law against actual trafficking. It's also worth noting that immigration does not mean trafficking. Then you'll have to show actual evidence of real trafficking cases that have somehow been obstructed by your scapegoat, bullshitter. Not vampire mythology.
