I really wish people on the left would put their emotions and their rabid and irrational hatred of Orangeman on the shelf for a moment and look at DOGE rationally. For those of you who were born in the 70s like me, has life gotten easier or harder since then? Has your quality of life increased or decreased? Do things feel safer or less safe? Because as a lifelong Democrat, life seems to have gotten harder, the value of the dollar has gotten lower, things have gotten more expensive, and things are a lot less safe now. I switched to vote Trump because I wanted a wrecking ball to destroy the status quo that has failed Americans for 40+ years. We have the illusion of change - Democrat to Republican to Democrat to Republican, but things don't change. For us Americans things just get harder. So why wouldn't we want a political outsider, who is a billionaire and can't be bought, to come in and wreak havoc on the system that has failed us for so long? And you have to be rational - to destroy such a system isn't going to happen subtly or overnight. Like a novocaine shot before a root canal, it's going to be painful in the beginning but once the process is complete, the future will look a whole lot better. So stop feeding off your emotions and having your television who to hate and what to think. Throw your support behind Trump who is the only chance we have at changing this corrupt system before it becomes to embedded to change.
