The left is currently governing the way we SHOULD have. The GOP should have utilized Big Tech to ban pornography and stop the spread of leftism. We should have changed election laws so Democrats never win. And we should have put Jesus Christ back in government.

Both parties (but exp. the Republicans) are publicly committed to the market so they can’t start ordering companies around. Some attempts were made by Republicans to change election laws (Trump interfering with mail, numerous shenanigans in Georgia etc. although as of 2020 neither of those worked out). Putting Jesus back in government (as if he was ever there in the first place) is a far more abstract concept, but given the quotee’s first two examples I assume he means compulsory public promotion of an interpretation of the Bible that promotes dictatorship.
