Actually, in the minds of similar commenters, South and Central American countries are highly successful. They are countries where if you have the money, you can live in absolute luxury, and it’s in fact even easier than in the United States to do this. All you have to be able to do is help ensure the luxury of the other rich people of these countries, and they will do everything to ensure yours. And not a one cares that they are countries where it is feast or famine, you are obscenely wealth and living in luxury, or poor and living in squalor, with so many of these countries having nothing in between.
