Tom DeLay #fundie newsmax.com

Former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay claims the Justice Department has drafted a memo that spells out a dozen "perversions," including bestiality and pedophilia, that it wants legalized.

"We've … found a secret memo coming out of the Justice Department. They're now going to go after 12 new perversions. Things like bestiality, polygamy, having sex with little boys and making that legal," DeLay said Tuesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"Not only that, but they have a whole list of strategies to go after the churches, the pastors and any businesses that try to assert their religious liberty. This is coming and it's coming like a tidal wave."

The Texas Republican's bombshell claim comes four days after the Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage is now legal in all 50 states — a landmark decision DeLay strongly opposes.

When Steve Malzberg repeated to DeLay his assertions that the Justice Department seeks "to legitimatize or legalize" practices such as bestiality — defined as sex acts between humans and animals — DeLay responded:

"That's correct, that's correct. They're coming down with 12 new perversions … LGBT [short for lesbian gay, bisexual and transgender] is only the beginning. They're going to start expanding it to the other perversions."

Roy Moore #fundie newsmax.com

"We must act to oppose such tyranny!" Moore said in a Jan. 27 letter to Gov. Robert Bentley. "Our State Constitution and our morality are under attack by a federal court decision that has no basis in the Constitution of the United States. Nothing in the United States Constitution grants to the federal government the authority to desecrate the institution of marriage."

Critics say Moore does not have the authority to dictate how state officials will issue licenses but Moore's office sees it differently, saying that until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the matter, a district judge's opinion does not carry weight in Alabama.

"State courts are not bound by the opinions of lower federal courts," Moore wrote in a Feb. 3 letter to the association of probate court judges, according to Politico.

You are incorrect regarding how you come to your conclusions. No one can dictate the rights of others but certainly others can point out the sin of homosexual behaviors. Interracial bans were wrong for it was sinful-that simple. But gay marriages are wrong for it is encouraging sin. Gay sex is a sin and is no different than adultery, fornication, stealing, etc. The courts are sanctioning sinful behavior. Being legal does not make it sinless or moral.

"Sin" is a completely artificial construct, invented by various belief systems and which varies widely according to which particular delusion you subscribe to. However, according to the Xian book, it is no greater a "sin" than eating shellfish or wearing 2 kinds of fabrics. The "holy" people in that book were famous for fornicating and adultery and many of them were allegedly ordered by your make believe god to commit mass murder and genocide. So take your judgmental nonsense and shove it up where your communion cookie came out.

Sin is for real and has eternal consequences. Too bad you are full of hate. If you see someone doing something harmful, you are pointing out the errors of their ways. That is a type of judgment, not condemnation, Homosexual behaviors are sinful. It is that simple.

Full of hate??? Look, idiot child, I am not the one trying to limit the rights of others. You are either horribly ignorant or a very bad troll.

See you must resort to name calling. Your arguments are weak. You do not want to accept the fact that sin exists and that we sin because we are sinners. The Lord Jesus is there for all of us and He will cancel your sins if you are truly repentant. He does not reject anyone but many will reject Him. Please stop your hateful attacks.

Yet Jesus said it would be easier for a rich man to pass through the eye of a needle than get into heaven. Jesus must have more affinity for the impoverished than the rich . Who had him crucified.

The impoverished? The so called poor in this Nation regularly eat meat. With all the money we spend on the poor any child hungry here is most times paying for a drug or alcohol inhibited parent. Christ wanted us to help the poor, but I doubt very seriously if his intention was to promote sloth and thievery. The Lord helps those that help themselves apply to far to many people in this Nation. So much so we are preparing to make citizens of 11 or 12 million illegal Democrats. Someone has got to want to work...

Francis together with the precepts of The Second Vatican Council has turned Christianity inside-out. Today, Rome [and the pope] is Catholic in name only. At best they are Protestant…But more precisely…they have become products of a Masonic-Marxist-Modernist church leading the world into the One World Religion of the New World Order. These concepts vehemently condemned by St. Pius X are today the poison of modern man. Today the Pope leads the world toward convergence and not conversion calling all religions equal before God. THIS IS EGREGIOUS ERROR-!!!

The problem is, gays have ALWAYS enjoyed "equal rights" with respect to marriage. They are free to marry any adult of the opposite sex who'll have them...just like heterosexuals. But we're not talking about "marriage" here, or about the "legal" right to inherit, "legal" right to live together or the "legal" right to allow someone else to make life-ending decisions on your behalf. We're talking about a group of people who DEMAND that heterosexuals not only "accept" the fact that gays want to have sex with someone of their own sex, but to "celebrate" that desire, as well. The fact is, a "marriage" is a legal and religious union between one man and one woman, and always HAS been. Even in societies that recognize plural marriage--each union is between one man and one woman. Women aren't "married" collectively...but INDIVIDUALLY in such societies. Nothing has changed in that regard for at LEAST 3000 years. Only recently, gays were allowed to form "civil unions" having the identical effect as a "marriage"--but that isn't good enough for them. They want to REDEFINE what a "marriage" is. Guess who's now clamoring for social "acceptance" of THEIR particular sexual perversion? Pedophiles...and it was as predictable as night following day.

Donald Trump #conspiracy newsmax.com

Donald Trump went on the offensive Monday, hitting the airwaves to fire back at claims from New York's attorney general that his Trump University is a fraud.

The billionaire real-estate developer made it clear that he believes a $40 million lawsuit from New York's attorney general, Democrat Eric Schneiderman, is politically motivated — and could even have come at the behest of President Barack Obama.

Trump said on both MSNBC's "Morning Joe" and on Fox News' "Fox and Friends" that Schneiderman had met Obama last week, less than 48 hours before the suit was filed.

"They [met] on Thursday evening," Trump said on Fox. "I get sued on Saturday at 1 o'clock. Think of it. What government agency in the history of this country has ever brought a suit on a Saturday? I never heard of such a thing."

"It was a terribly drawn suit — incompetently drawn suit," Trump added. "They obviously did it very quickly."

On "Morning Joe," he said " Maybe it was because of Obama, I don't know, you people are going to have to check it out."

Schneiderman's suit alleges that Trump University defrauded more than 5,000 people by offering free get-rich-quick seminars, and accused Trump of operating a bait and switch.

"Trading on his celebrity status, Mr. Trump personally appeared in advertisements making false promises to convince people to spend tens of thousands of dollars they couldn’t afford for lessons they never got," Schneiderman said, according to The New York Daily News. "No one, no matter how rich or famous they are, has a right to scam hardworking New Yorkers. Anyone who does should expect to be held accountable."

But Trump said Schneiderman's suit was unfounded.

"It's really an unfair situation," he said on Fox. "We have this wonderful school. It did a terrific job. They were really fantastic.

"You have an attorney general, Eric Schneiderman, who really is a lightweight. He's not respected by anybody. He's got an approval rating … his high rating is about 4 percent — and by the way, our approval rating on the school is 98 percent. Ninety-eight percent of the people that took the courses give it a really great rating.

"So we have this fantastic school and he went after it, for political reasons."

Dinesh D'Souza and Phil Brennan #fundie newsmax.com

Brennan: "Isn’t the demand for freedom from all morality and a license to do whatever one’s carnal desires crave the real reason why most atheists deny the existence of a divine lawgiver?"

D'Souza: "I think it is the main reason, the desire to escape not just sexual rules but also to escape from ultimate moral judgment. Marx once said that religion is the opiate of the masses. He implied that religion was a kind of refuge. I turn this around and note that atheism is the opiate of the morally corrupt. Atheists try and escape the idea of judgment by getting rid of the judge."
