Part of the conditions include ‘when lesser means have failed.’
The protestors broke through a barricade, which was a lesser means of indicated they couldn’t go there. They broke windows. They smashed through a locked door.
And it used to be ASHLI’s JOB to protect service members from the exact threat shw was posing to the Congress members.
So, no, ‘peaceful’ doesn’t apply, and they’re lucky more didn’t get shot.
That won’t be the same outcome if you fuckers try this again.

There is a two tier justice system in the US. Any normal person charged with violating national security and obviously guilty on the scale Trump has would be defending themselves from a high security prison.

DIED. 174 cops were injured, and in the following months several committed suicide because they became so goddamned terrified of the American public and the FUCKING DEATH THREATS they kept getting for being cops on duty that day and the “back the blue” crowd in particular suddenly switching from police being infallible on duty to wanting their blood that they couldn’t take it any more.

As “peaceful” as an inquiry into blasphemy in name-a-theocracy.

Edit: Just a couple of days ago a bunch of you fucking terrorist supporters falsified a police report and created a fake “manifesto” to trick a swat team into storming the home of one of those officers’ mother!
