Yes, because small, simple multi-celled organisms can absorb nutrients right through the outer cell walls. A digestive tract is simply an optimized version of that. You need that increased efficiency more and more as you get larger and more complex. Where are you going to even put the 100% here? Humans? In that case, what about cows? And shrimps with their simple straight gut don’t actually exist, I guess…

Any animal can survive without a reproductive system. But that nitpicking aside, you do know that there are lot of animals that don’t copulate the way humans do? Some can also procreate asexually (binary fission, budding), with sexual reproduction being entirely optional.

These animals are small enough to do most of their circulation indirectly through body musculature, or even just cell-to-cell, without any heart or even blood. Circulation is a big animal problem, the better yours works, the bigger you can get.

Then they simply can’t access certain types of food. Like most mammals, to whom cocoa is toxic, because their livers can’t handle it. Getting better detoxing organs means broadening your range of possible food, that doesn’t mean you absolutely need a liver. Plus, your body cells could simply create enzymes which break down toxins, without a specialized organ.
