Still, left unchecked the Covid pandemic would have killed many more people - and overwhelmed the health service to the point of collapse. How do they think the analogy comparing homosexuality to crime is supposed to hold up? Thieves don’t say “I’m proud to be a thief and I have the moral right to steal,” and it would actually be easy for them to say this and get away with it, especially on the internet. Yet they don’t. (There was a Reddit community for shoplifters once, but given the sheer amount of shoplifters that there are in the world, the proportion of them participating was minute.)
