I’ve never seen the movie, but just from a quick read of the Wikipedia article on it, it seems the critical reception of it was mixed at best. 29% on “Rotten Tomatoes” and ratings from 2 to 3.5 stars from various critics. Also, it wasn’t a commercial success, either. I’m absolutely sure there are way better movies with an all-white cast, but seeing as that is not a thing I give absolutely any fucks about, I can’t name them off the top of my head.

I think most people who had an NES back in the day probably remember “JUSTIN BAILEY” or “the Konami Code” right? I do sometimes play chess online, and yeah, cheating is definitely a thing there…but it’s usually quickly found out, especially if a player does it ALL THE TIME. Even aside from the fact that he’s talking about gender and biological sex like they’re the same thing…why is “going to a psychiatrist” a bad thing or some kind of sign of weakness, as he seems to be implying? Cisgender people certainly do that too. A psychiatrist is literally a medical doctor, so why should someone who needs the services of them be viewed any differently from someone who, say, broke their ankle and went to see an orthopedic doctor?
