1) it made no strategic sense to use it on own people and allies
2) we were hit hardest. That means China relied either on Trump being weak or being their Manchurian Candidate. To boot that also means they would benefit more from Trump being in office. Which means if they did interfere they'd work to get Trump in office. If they did this as a Biden cheated and needs removal, they fucked up royally.
