Just as an aside, how will the psychotherapist watching a eunuch for 2 years know how he’ll behave when he’s emballished? Might be better with a psychiatrist, who can prescribe testosterone shots and observe the reactions. And settle on a lifetime dosage.

How do you reattach genitalia years later?

The only instance I’ve heard of of male genitalia being successfully reattached is the infamous case of John Wayne Bobbitt. As I recall, though, it was much less than “years later” lol.
