“Transbian” means, depending on who’s using it, a transwoman who is a lesbian, a transwoman who only dates other trans people because “cis nonsense” is too much to deal with, or a “deluded man who thinks that being a woman will make it easier to date women” (the latter being used only by bigots). It’s been around for awhile (I first saw it around 2008 or thereabouts, but suspect it’s even older) so it’s not something they just made up.
More generally: I suspect the “infected, feces covered hole” is a reference to the rare botched surgery which causes a hole to form between the large intestine and the neovagina. Haven’t heard of that ever happening after the early 1990s, though.
Even more generally: There’s this weird thing which has been going on since the late 1970s at least where some 2nd-wave feminists and their TERF descendants tried to portray trans women as hairy and grotesque, with a gaping infected wound between their legs. The irony being was that certain breeds of anti-feminists would portray them in much the same way. It’s dehumanization as a defense mechanism.

I think I'll pass. That's gross. But imagining it is the most you can do, because that's not anything resembling what the results of s trans woman's vagina surgery actually are. But you'll believe anything about transgender people that makes us seem like disgusting freaks won't you? Except those of us who get a vagina surgery don't mind being "perpetually castrated". When my balls get removed I know I won't miss them even a little bit. I fucking hate these things (and don't even get me started about that other disgusting thing between my legs).
In fact, trans people usually live normal, happier lives after they've transitioned. I'm much happier now that I've started transitioning. People like you need to believe that the objects of your hatred are just as miserable as you are, but it's just not true.
