New flash: companies and organizations are full of people with the ability to deal with both males and females. Not everyone can do this, I grant you, because there are always a few of the immature or desperate or deeply warped individuals, but the vast majority of functioning adults can do it. They refer to their coworkers as "managers" or "sales reps" or "lab techs" or "therapists" or "doctors" or "IT specialists" or "security guards" or "accountants" or "maintenance", and in most cases subdividing them into things like male-lab-techs and female-lab-techs makes no more sense than dividing them into left-handed-lab-techs and right-handed-lab-techs.

Now as to your problems: you are obviously in that immature or warped subset, and that makes you (1) not someone suited to function in an environment of adults, and (2) DEFINITELY not someone suited to formulate policies on the matter. Don't you find it depressing to know that your opinion will never be asked by a corporate employer?
