As long as they give up their jobs and businesses, right? Christianity is lived 24/7, not just in private as sodomites would prefer, but it doesn't work that way. The debate is not about evolution. I believe in evolution. I am not a scientist but I can look at a dog and see evolution at work. Breed a poodle with a cocker spaniel and you get a cockapoo. The result is a new breed of the same species. The cockapoo is still a canine...dog family...it is not a new species of animal. That is micro-evolution ...changes within species...we all believe that. We see evidence of that all around us.

But there is ZERO evidence of MACRO-evolution...changes across species...a frog becoming a bird. None. All they have are theories. Theories are not proof.

The rapid homosexualization of the US population over the past 3 decades shows how sex ratios become imbalanced and unequal. It's now not possible for a large percentage of males under age 30 to even date a woman due to higher rates of non-heterosexuality in females. You can read the study and see for yourself.
Now, it's possible the homosexually displaced heterosexual males will turn to drugs, booze, video games, or other activities and nothing will happen.
Or it's possible some of these males will realize that they're victims of a world that's thrown them overboard and violence will ensue. It may create a small civil war or regular acts of terrorism. Only time will tell.
When a large enough portion of males realize women may legally wed women, yet they as men are mathematically eliminated from doing so, I predict violence. In fact, we may have already seen some in the past college shootings.

Lots of posters are discussing what the fix should be, and saying things like the Governor's actions are a fix.

Perhaps - but only if the people of Kentucky wish to bend over, and acknowledge the will of the Federal Government on this issue. The People of Kentucky had - up to that point - refused to codify gay marriage. Many States had, including California, when this challenge was brought to SCOTUS.

But the activists weren't content to be judged by a jury of their State peers. They wished to troll the waters which they felt contained the majority that they sought (and - as testament to their deviancy, couldn't even find such waters in CALIFORNIA! lol).

This is about judicial activism. About liberalism, and its ability to infect and mutate. All it takes is enough members of a certain political persuasion to infect a majority of the Bench, and - viola! - laws!? WTF.

The dissenters @ SCOTUS explain clearly where the majority drastically overreached - just as Ambulance Chaser has (though I have little doubt that the brainwashing propaganda upon which AC bases his argument is so engrained as to elicit a physical reaction if challenged).

Here is what should have happened. The Governor has an obligation to the people of Kentucky; not first the federal government. I believe the Governor should have again polled the people of Kentucky to determine whether or not to compel a constitutional crisis over this issue. I believe that this is a serious overreach on the part of fedgov, and issues like this are intentionally chosen to continue the pressure to squash states rights and institute FEDGOV as the sole legit governing body.

That is not how a representative republic should be; not what the Constitution demands it be.

If the people of Kentucky demand that their voice be heard in refusing to codify gay marriage in their own state, then the Governor should honor those wishes, and refuse to obey this insipid ruling, forcing the crisis I mention.

Federal government needs to be challenged and put back in its rightful - far less powerful - place. Everything is being Federalized around you, people. Wake up.

1. Sometimes we see arguments that the total amount of suffering in the Jewish Holocaust was greater than in the Abortion Holocaust, because many of the babies killed in the latter are not sentient nor can feel much pain. While this is a true observation, what these arguments miss is that while Jews suffered more for a longer period of time, they also enjoyed life more for a longer period of time. Babies killed in the Abortion Holocaust do not even get to see the light of day. So, this observation offsets the very poor argument from total suffering, especially when one considers the number difference of the victims. And it opens the proponent of the argument up to the strange logic that it is somehow more moral to play "catch" with Jewish babies on a Nazi bayonette than to gas older Jewish adults.

2. The argument fails in a second similar way: when a person dies in their 80's, we are sad, of course, but we know she lived a long life. In his 40's, well, that is sad too, because he is in his prime, but at least he made it to adulthood and got to experience a family and kids and career and all. In her 20's, well just starting out, but at least she made it to adulthood anyway. Teens? Getting pretty sad, there, but still had some life. At 5? Tragic. At 6 months? Incomprehensible. In the womb? Choice. Feelings. Selfishness. Orgasm. Prom dress. The "logic" for killing the most vulnerable of all. Unbelievable. The most dependent and most vulnerable of us all - killed off at nearly 3000 per day in America alone. What monsters we are to allow this.

3. Finally, don't forget the biggest hypocrisy of all with the abortion "rights" crowd: it is blatantly, cowardly, and repugnantly hypocritical for those who have been granted the right to access the light at the end of the birth canal to consequently turn around and deny that very same basic human right to certain others because the former are bigger and more powerful than the latter. It is a lethal form of location discrimination by the alleged "equality" crowd.

Sorry, but the truth ALWAYS offends!!! Homosexualty is sin. It is wrong! It is dangerous. Any rational mind KNOWS the back door is not for sex. And do not tell me lots of hetros do it to. That is a boldface lie!!! The anal muscle is what's known as a "round muscle". Think of it as being like a rubber band, rather than a sheet stretching from one area to another. These muscles have a very specific design and function. They are meant to keep things closed.

If that muscle is stretched, it develops microtears. Now with a regular muscle, microtears mend and the muscle is built up, which is how exercise gets you toned and/or built. Round muscles don't work that way. Microtears never fully heal, and the entire muscle is weakened.

That is *why* gay men end up needing diapers over time. The anal muscle can no longer close tightly enough to prevent leakage.

And arguing about whether HIV is a 'gay' disease or not is so stupid, it's like discussing whether smoking causes lung cancer or if pit bulls are more aggressive than other dogs. Some people just refuse to admit the obvious truth and so quibble over minutia.

If “judges” ruled that sodomy was illegal in 1986, how did sodomy become “legal” today? Did the law change, or did the “opinions” of the “judges” change?

Did you know that the Supreme Court once rendered the opinion that black men were inferior to whites? Did you know that the Supreme Court once ruled that women had no legal right to vote? Did you know that as recently as 1986 the Supreme Court ruled that there was no right to homosexual sodomy?

Congress can ignore it also. Which means NO law has changed or been made.

Congress makes laws. Courts render opinions. Opinions are—opinions. Judges give their opinions of what they think the law says. Congress makes and changes laws. The executive branch signs them into law.

Assumed all the argon gas escaped during formation, the initial amount of argon gas - assumes it was zero, assumes any argon gas found is a result of the radioactive decay of potassium, assumed the portion of the rock he's testing was sealed avoiding contamination, etc, etc.
So why don't you tell me which events could affect the level of radioactivity and it's decay in a sample. One doesn't need to be a physicist to see the gaping assumption holes in potassium argon dating.
Evolutionism is not scientific, it is a religion with the label "science" slapped on it. But since you seem to believe it is falsifiable, why don't you give an example of a single cell organism "evolving" into a mammal - be sure to include pictures as medicine can for its theories after all you are attempting to equate your religion with medicine.

5. Bacterial resistance to antibiotics. Yet it's still bacteria which revert back to their original state when the adaptation is no longer needed. If anything it's proof evolution NEVER happened.

Ok, let's just think about this. A few billion years ago our planet came into existence by a big bang. Our planet happened to be within inches of burning or freezing if it moved to or away from the sun. Next, a cell, a piece of bacteria or whatever just formed out of nowhere. It had perfect conditions to grow. No heat, cold. snow. It had air and everything it needed to grow. After millions of years it grew into a monkey and other thousands of species whom were ALL asexual. Now ALL due to random chance a female and male monkey formed at the same time. Each developing reproduction systems that were made to come together.

This was all by random chance????? Do you realize how DUMB and idiotic this sounds???? That two animals formed at the SAME time to reproduce????? Oh wait, I know they were asexual and the female popped out a male and female to mate. Oh brother, what a lie!!!!!
